Theo uses his creativity as an architect to shape processes and initiate projects in an adaptive and proactive way. As Managing Director, he focuses on broadening and deepening the practice. Theo was involved in founding the CANactions School of Urban Studies and is a member of the members’ council of the Royal Institute of Dutch Architects (BNA).
