Design for a shop and apartments in the Waalsprong in Lent. The complex includes the plinth 2.100 m2 of commercial space including a supermarket, hospitality services and care center. In the 4 upper layers 68 apartments are situated surrounding a high quality courtyard. This gives the building a multi-orientated outward façade, whereby the homes benefit from the various qualities of the environment.
