diederendirrix made a pragmatic and inspiring start to the development of a new, dynamic heart in Tilburg Nord. The provisional urban development plan for Wagnerplein is the result of intensive analysis, discussion and planning. The plan reflects the transition between two phases of the planning process. Firstly, the completion of the plan phase at town planning level and secondly, the start of the development phase at architectural level.
