This multi-family residence is in Lent, a part of the Waalsprong that is an urban expansion of Nijmegen. The building itself forms a corner block and contains a series of individual family homes. Originally this block was to contain just three apartments but to the satisfaction of the developer it was made larger, gaining enough additional volume to make it into a full-grown corner block. From the outside it is impossible to tell how many apartments the block contains or where one home stops and another one begins. There is space for commercial activity on the ground floor. The five apartments situated above are interconnected like pieces of a Chinese puzzle. This gives the residences abundant space, interesting diagonals and directional changes plus different orientations, views and outer areas.
