Geldrop

The new landscape setting is the characteristic quality of 22 detached houses on the edge of the large green-blue area, where residents can walk from the area along the watercourse and the adjacent upscale reed zone. Much attention was paid to the relationship between the individual living environment and the scenic area. Long slender reed homes with a low ridge height ensure the widest possible sense of space and distance between the houses, despite the limited space of the urban allotments. Vistas open the hamlet to the green countryside. The corner lots accent the view from nearby streets and have an uneven higher ridge which brings a pleasant change in the repetition. The subtle distortions of each home provides a lively streetscape and optimal views and privacy.
