These plans are a preliminary study into the possibilities for housing to be achieved in the current location of the transfer point at the 's-Hertogenbosch Oost train station. The closed part of the Aartshertogenlaan in the South and the Spoordijk in the North form the boundaries of the site. From the higher situated Aartshertogenlaan building strips with residential clusters cut into the design area. The houses are oriented towards the internal park-like area created between the building strips.
