Bert Dirrix (1954) is architect / director of diederendirrix. He graduated from the Eindhoven University of Technology in 1978 with a degree in Architecture, building and planning and won the Prix de Rome in 1990. Until 2003 he was a professor at Eindhoven University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture and taught at the Academy of Architecture in Tilburg, Maastricht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Arnhem and also at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. From 1985-1999 he was architect / director of Diederen Dirrix van Wylick architects and since 2005 he is architect / director of diederendirrix together with Paul Diederen. He is a member of the Quality Team Rijnboog Arnhem, a member of the Supervision Team Strijp R Eindhoven, a member of the Breda Planning Committee, Supervisor of the Drie Hoefijzers Breda, Supervisor of Berkelbosch Eindhoven, Supervisor of the Maasboulevard Venlo and Supervisor of the Stationgebied Utrecht.
