12.01.12 Marienburg

This dual block was first of four housing complexes to be realized in this park like area, as part of the development plan by the architectural firm Lubbers. The complex consists of forty houses for rent or sale and three penthouses, with underground parking and storage facilities. The size of the complex, which is considerable for the village, has been minimized by the terraced layout and the graduated exterior space.
