12.01.12 Central Residential Complex

The location is situated between characteristic elements, consisting of a monumental park, a cemetery,  an old villa neighbourhood and apartment complexes from 1980s and the closed façade of the city center. A design contest was held to ensure the quality of the project in this for the city important location. An integral part of the contest objectives was to integrate an altered street layout for the Zwembadweg. The program includes 16 city houses and 18 luxury apartments which share an underground parking garage.
